First Light is four sessions to just…begin.

You'll learn to notice that inner voice that's been should-ing all over you — and call it out.
“What kind of jerk talks like that to anyone?!”
Sit with that for a second. Seriously, who’s voice is that?
Go ahead, give it a name. I named mine and we’re becoming strangers.
Now, Imagine a different narrator…

You'll learn to coach yourself-
which sounds awkward but it’s about purposefully asking yourself better questions than "Why can't I just…?!?!"

Two tools. Four sessions. A soft place to land with someone who gets it.

Because I bet you've been doing this without the right tools long enough.

all the get well soons and happy-congrats and
even some especially difficult sympathy cards you (ok, me- its me)
really meant to send. Ouch.
It's the calls for appointments you needed to make, days ago, weeks ago, months ago…It happens.
The real loss will be if
you never get to meet the version of yourself you’ve been hoping for and waiting to show up.

Sunrise is eight sessions to help close that gap between today’s reality and the potential you haven’t tasted yet.
Not with perfection, or willpower, or shame, no way.
We’ll start with understanding why the gap is there in the first place.
( Spoiler: It's emotional. Almost always. Even if you “don't have any emotions.” )

Together we'll build on two ways to coach yourself through the stuck moments — practical tools that go everywhere you go. We'll notice and pull the weeds of old habits before they take root again, building rhythms and routines that finally feel like you.

We'll work on that thing many people don't expect to be at play behind so many scenarios: big fat emotions.
ADHDers tend to feel more intensely, more deeply, even if they don’t know it.
Success is not about suppression, nor allowing emotions to hijack your days, keeping you stuck.
Learn to let them be, and move through you, as they're supposed to.

When emotions stop running the show, self-trust can show up,
and use the strengths you have to guide you all the way to some pretty great things.

Move toward living a life you've meant to, all this time.
